ANNUAL MAINTENACE CONTRACT services are provided to all its customers to maintain their installation after completion of warranty period.

Apart from competent Engineers, HEMCO also has a pride of having highly trained and skilled project team consisting of Air Conditioning Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Duct men, Fitters, Welders and other skilled /semi-skilled work force to cater for the various project requirements.

Hari Krishnan Pary

Is the Managing Director Company. He holds a degree in Engineering and has over 40 years of experience in the construction business. He has led various companies over the past in senior positions, and is largely responsible for the commendable growth attained.
He is specialized in projects involving clean rooms, low humidity areas, cold storage, process cooling, multi-story commercial complexes, chains of hotels, airports, high tech coating plants etc. He is a visionary, and leads to grow and diversify the company’s interests.

Shobha Suprabhas

Is the Executive Director of the company, holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, has more than 30 years of experience out of which 23 years in the UAE in design, project management & execution of projects. Her association and intense involvement in projects have ensured optimal resource utilization and completed projects on time and on budget. She is consistently up dating HEMCO with the latest design and technology. She has proven professional experience in UAE with ability to guide and lead teams of engineers on detailed design, developing the design drawings, liaising with clients & statutory bodies, facilitating approvals from various authorities, defining and preparing scope of works, leading execution of works for various types of buildings including industrial projects in line with Green Building requirements.

Estimation & Tendering

A qualified and active group of estimation engineers, who verify and review tender documents, carry out quantity takeoff, conduct Value Engineering as and when needed, send inquiries & collect quotes from vendors, estimate, prepare offers and bill of quantities and submit to clients / main contractors directly or through sales Department.

Technical, Design & Engineering

Highly competitive design engineers and draftsmen whose wide knowledge in all relevant MEP national and international codes and standards have enabled them to produce competent designs, proposals, shop drawings and composite shop drawings that have always assisted the operation team to deliver a proper scope on site and added value to the Company Technical Strength and its reputation in the market.

Materials & Procurement

The department’s main scope is to extend services and support to the mechanical and electrical operation teams in submitting and procuring all the highly technical and engineering items, equipment and materials as well as other general purchase orders for other departments. The scope also includes preparation and monitoring of material submittals and logs, procurement registers and management of orders.

Operations

Being the front end of the company, our competent and proactive operation department, makes sure that all team members are dependable, reliable and efficient through implementation of proper project management processes. With a consistent performance and implementation of the highest possible standards of safety, quality and code of conduct, the operation team strives to complete the project scope on time enabling the company to maintain itself as one of the most reliable, dependable and trusted Electromechanical Contractors in UAE.

Finance & Accounting

While ensuring an adequate flow of funds and handling financial facilities and requirements, overseeing the process of payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payables, the department prepares financial reports, budgets and forecasts to be used by the management for decision making and for future planning. The Finance and Accounting department monitors systems and procedures to ensure that cost is properly loaded while establishing and maintaining internal control procedures for all financial and accounting aspects.

HEMCO has a paid-up capital of AED. 300,000 and are capable of arranging funds from Partners as and when required and also in a position to source loans from leading financial institutions if need arises.

Recruitment

HEMCO has been consistently using the typical recruitment process. Broadly stated, the process commences after the requirement of personnel is/are identified. Candidates’ applications are solicited vide media advertisements and “word of mouth” networking. The applications are scrutinized and short listed, following which interviews and trade tests are conducted. On completion of the process, the successful candidates are drafted into the organization. In addition to the above, the company also promotes capable employees from within to fill in the voids created above.

We at HEMCO comply with the U.A.E. health & safety ministerial orders. However, we recognize the need to work to international standards and we will endeavor to ensure that the company complies with current international health & safety regulations. We will also supply sufficient resources to help achieve a pro-active safety culture.

HEMCO has developed a detailed safety programme over its history. The written safety programme is updated as new information and requirements are received. In fact, the programme is currently in the process of being updated and expanded. Every aspect of construction is covered in this safety programme. Furthermore, every HEMCO employee is responsible to follow the regulations in this safety programme.

Health, safety and protection for all personnel working on our job sites and facilities are addressed at the earliest stage when the facility is being designed and appropriate measures are strictly applied at each stage of project execution.

Responsibilities

All the staff and labor working on the project are responsible towards themselves and their co-workers for execution work safely and being committed to “total safety performance”. The staff identified in the safety organization chart is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the specific safety plan (SSP) and may delegate/assign duties to others on the project team to ensure the safety program is properly implemented. The ultimate responsibility for the project safety performance remains with the project manager who will receive full support from the head office in an attempt to achieve the difficult but very important target of “zero accidents”.

Induction

At the first of every project Haribhas Electromechanical Co. LLC will train all the management, supervisor and labors, about the safety awareness, and will have a weekly meeting to discuss the future works and how to make it safe.

All men will be issued with the personal protective equipment (PPE) listed below:
